HSS Annular Cutters for Reducing Barrel Diameters
This tool is designed to cut the outside diameter of a barrel within close proximity to the size needed for 1/2” or 5/8” diameter (Please select diameter from drop down) and note that this diameter is of the inside cutter. The barrel diameter must be no larger than 1” for this to tool to function properly.
The cutter should be ran VERY slowly (200RPM Max) and lubricated constantly. Do not attempt to use the cutter without the pilot as the cut diameter will not be concentric to the barrel. (You can find the pilots and cutter adapters on our Annular Cutter Kit Page)
