HSS Threading Dies for Gunsmithing (With storage case)
For sale are our quality line of High Speed Steel cutting dies. We've specced these dies specifically for gunsmithing applications by size tolerance, hardness and edge quality. These High Speed Steel dies will not have a problem (when used with a proper sized die handle and cutting oil) cutting through any gun barrel steel, up to and including stainless barrels.
All dies purchased come with a storage case which is essential for long term storage as it can contain oil which will prevent your die from rusting.
If you purchase one of our threading alignment tools with one of our HSS dies, we will "pair" your set prior to shipping so you can be certain the alignment tool and the die will function perfectly. If an alignment tool is purchased after the die or from another source, please expect that the threads will be just slightly larger than the die and you will need to overthread the alignment tool so it fits perfectly. (This is done intentionally for the best fit possible)
